Artur Jerzy Badyda

A graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology, PhD in technical sciences. He currently works as the assistant professor at the same Faculty were he manages also the Laboratory of Environment Quality Research. Former advisor to the Minister of the Environment, now member of the National Commission for Environmental Impact Assessment and the chairman of the Central Youth Commission in Polish Federation of Engineering Associations.

Professional specialization is related to processes of environmental management, environmental impact assessment of industrial and infrastructure projects (especially those related to transport and waste management) as well as public consultation on large investments. His research interests are focused on the impact of air pollution on the environment, and above all on human health.
